The CARE Scholarship at University of Guelph
The Climate Adaptation, Resilience and Empowerment Program (CARE) is an innovative, state-of-the-art initiative designed to instill the next generation of climate-conscious global leaders with the knowledge, skills and experience to generate hands-on solutions to address the triple planetary crisis of climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution. A pioneering carbon-neutral program, CARE is a joint initiative of Sciences Po in France and three world class Canadian higher education institutions: University of British Colombia School of Public Policy and Global Affairs, University of Toronto Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and The University of Guelph. It is the first program of its kind designed to leverage the strengths of four leading higher education institutions to accelerate action in climate leadership.
To support the development of a new generation of climate leaders, with support from Foundation David R. Graham, these scholarships will provide the opportunity for French nationals to participate in courses related to CARE core themes and complete a Master’s degree at U of G.
